1
Day Treatment Program
Provides higher level of structure, attention, and support to successfully be in recovery from an eating disorder. This program offers a 5 days a week outpatient structured environment that immerses clients in a deeply therapeutic and caring program without having to leave home and enter a residential treatment center. The structured environment offers several individual services combined, such as psychotherapy, supervised meals and snacks, nutrition and group education/process classes. The transition from day treatment to daily life requires less adjustment. Clients experience a fluid transition from day treatment to our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our consistent and comprehensive support system minimizes the risk of relapse.

2
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Is a specific type of mental health outpatient treatment for eating disorders offered 3 hours a day that combines several types of individual services, such as psychotherapy, supervised meals and snacks, nutrition, and group education/process classes 3-5 days a week, depending on the needs of each individual. The Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for those who need minimal structure, and who have a goal of remaining independent within their families and communities. There are day and/or evening programs offered to our clients to continue, as much as possible, with jobs, family connections and responsibilities.
